3. Payment Data Security (PCI-DSS Compliance)
We do NOT collect, store, or process full credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on our servers.
All payment transactions are directly and securely handled by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. Razorpay encrypts your payment details in accordance with international banking standards.

- To provide customer support and respond to helpdesk tickets.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or monetize your personal information to advertisers or external third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers strictly necessary for platform operations:
- Payment Gateway: Razorpay (for processing recurring AutoPay payments).
- Transactional Email Services: Resend (for sending login links, receipts, and credential emails).
- Cloud Infrastructure: Secure hosting environments with SSL/TLS encryption.

We use essential session cookies strictly to keep you securely signed in to your student dashboard. We do not use intrusive third-party cross-site advertising trackers.
