1. Instant 1-Click Cancellation
You may cancel your recurring monthly membership at any time with immediate effect. Upon cancellation, no further auto-debits will occur on your account or UPI/card mandate.
2. Refund Guidelines
Because digital access to notes and blueprints is granted immediately upon subscription, monthly fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you experienced technical payment errors, duplicate charges, or service outages, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction for a full resolution and refund.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source (UPI account or Bank Card) within 5 to 7 business days as per banking protocols.
