1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to DevNotes CS (referred to herein as “DevNotes”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an online educational portal operated by PallabDev. By accessing our website (https://notes.pallabdev.in), registering an account, or subscribing to our digital educational services, you (“User”, “Subscriber”, or “You”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement, you must immediately cease accessing and using our website and digital services.
2. Description of Services
DevNotes CS provides curated educational study notes, computer science lab manuals, exam revision blueprints, algorithmic cheatsheets, and academic reference guides for engineering and computer science students (including BCA, MCA, B.Tech, and related disciplines).
Access to premium study materials is offered via an All-Access Pro Membership billed on a recurring monthly basis.
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
- You must provide accurate and valid information (such as a valid email address) when creating an account or subscribing.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Accounts are strictly non-transferable and designated for individual academic use only.
4. Pricing, Payments & Billing Terms
All pricing is listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and is inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise:
Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited. By setting up a recurring subscription, you authorize automatic monthly debits via your chosen payment method (UPI AutoPay, Debit Card, Credit Card, or NetBanking) until canceled.
5. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time directly through your Student Dashboard or by contacting our support team at help@pallabdev.in.
Upon cancellation, your AutoPay mandate is terminated immediately and no future charges will be incurred. You will retain access until the end of your paid billing period.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All study notes, diagrams, code snippets, documentation, logos, and digital educational assets published on DevNotes CS are the exclusive intellectual property of DevNotes CS and PallabDev. You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to view and download study materials for personal academic study only.
Unauthorized resale, commercial distribution, mass reproduction, or public re-hosting of DevNotes materials is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
DevNotes CS educational content is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis for academic revision purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding university examination scores or academic outcomes.
Under no circumstances shall DevNotes CS or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to access our digital services.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
